Our mission is to facilitate delivery of advanced, quality, and cost-effective ancillary health care services needed in the individual’s home setting to promote good health and independent functioning.
The owner of Neighbor Care Home Health has been in the medical field serving the elderly for more than 15 years starting from pharmacy to providing caregiver services and private care home for the elderly. His continued desire to help and care for the elderly was his drive in starting home health care.
We are pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975.

Our company is committed to providing 24 hours of comprehensive home health services to individuals who are in need of skilled nursing, rehabilitative, and support services in their home. It is commissioned to assist the individual and his or her family to achieve optimal level of health. It aims to be recognized by the community as a provider of intermittent and safe care to the patients it serves.
Neighbor Care Home Health is privately owned. It has been operating since 2009. We are Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) certified since 2012.
